Download our mybluecross® mobile app for iPhone or Android devices and submit claims for vision, prescription drug and a range of extended health services.
Download applicable claim form(s) and once completed and signed:
- Mail to Manitoba Blue Cross at PO Box 1046 Stn Main, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 2X7
- Drop it into the secure 24-hour claim box outside our building at 599 Empress Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba
- Fax to 204.772.1231
For your claim to be processed, a copy of your receipt(s) and all other supporting documentation must be attached.
Claims eligible for member online submission
- Extended health products (e.g. hearing aid, CPAP machine)
- Extended health services (e.g. athletic therapy, massage therapy)
- Health Spending Account (HSA)
- ~Check your coverage in your online account to confirm your HSA claim payment type (automatic or on request) and minimum payment amount.
- ~If you have an automatic claim payment plan, you do not need to request reimbursement. Manitoba Blue Cross will automatically reimburse you for remaining unpaid balances from a previously submitted health or dental claim or when you reach your HSA’s minimum payment amount.
- ~If you have an on-request claim payment plan, you can request reimbursement for unpaid balances of a health or dental claim when prompted during the claim submission process or you can request reimbursement for outstanding balances from previously submitted health or dental claims using the Request an HSA payment feature in your online account.
