Walk-in customer service centre reopens
As COVID cases and hospitalizations steadily decrease in Manitoba, the Manitoba Blue Cross walk-in customer service centre in Winnipeg (599 Empress Street) will re-open on March 7, 2022. Our opening hours will be Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“With customer service being our highest priority, we are excited to once again serve our community in person,” says Christina Kenny, customer services manager at Manitoba Blue Cross. “As always, we will continue to conduct thorough safety measures, including sanitizing between customers, and all employees will wear a mask,” Kenny says.
Customers will also be required to wear masks when visiting.
For comfort and convenience before and after we reopen, members can continue to access services and get plan information remotely by phoning our call centre at 204.775.0151 or 1.800.873.2583 (toll-free) on weekdays from 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., or logging in to their mybluecross® online account or mobile app.
