Manitoba Blue Cross took home five customer service awards at the 2023 Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievement (MECCA) gala.
The annual awards, held by the Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA), have recognized excellence in the customer contact industry since 1999.
We are proud to announce that our customer service team received the Community, Employee Engagement and Health and Wellness awards.
“These awards confirm the great work we’re doing in the community, our contributions towards the health and wellness of our employees, and the high level of employee satisfaction within our contact centre,” said Christina Kenny, manager of Customer Services.
Two individuals also received awards. Genevieve Clement-Dykstra was named Leader of the Year, and Katie Carter won Representative of the Year.
“The success of our team relies on the strengths of each member, and Genevieve and Katie both bring unique abilities and incredible dedication to ensure our customer service is exceptional,” Kenny said.
