A Manitoba Top Employer for the 15th time

For the eighth year in a row and fifteenth time in 19 years, Manitoba Blue Cross has been named one of Manitoba’s Top Employers by Mediacorp through an annual competition that recognizes organizations within the province that provide exceptional places to work.

We feel this is one of the many reasons over 90 percent of our employees say they enjoy working here.”
The competition evaluates workplaces based on benefits, employee communications, training and skills development, and community involvement, among other criteria.
This latest award is a testament to Manitoba Blue Cross’s commitment to fostering a culture of wellness, learning and development and community giving.
