A Manitoba Top Employer for the 14th time

For the fourteenth time in 18 years, Manitoba Blue Cross has been named one of Manitoba’s Top Employers by Mediacorp.

“This is the seventh year in a row that we’ve received this honour which speaks volumes about our ability to not only achieve excellence, but to sustain it,” says Benjamin Graham, president and CEO. “Each employee plays a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by wholeheartedly supporting their team, our members and the community in which we live and work.”

The Manitoba's Top Employers competition acknowledges employers in the province who excel at providing first-rate workplace environments in their industry. We were evaluated on criteria that focused on health, financial and family benefits, employee communications, training and skills development, as well as community involvement.

Our last employee engagement survey found that 93 per cent of employees are proud to work at Manitoba Blue Cross, and 90 per cent would recommend Manitoba Blue Cross as a good place to work.
