Canada Post deliveries may be delayed,
but your benefit services are still on the go
Now that Canada Post has resumed operations, there may still be delays in mail delivery while mail accumulated during the recent labour disruption is processed. Manitoba Blue Cross wants to assure you that the resources you need are right at your fingertips should you need them during these delays.

Notice for personal health plan members

If you have a Blue Choice, Retiree, Basic Blue, Medi-Blue, Medi-Blue Deluxe, Plus Plan, Plus Plan Deluxe or GenX personal health plan, you normally receive a letter each year notifying you of any changes to your rate. Because of the recent Canada Post service disruption, these letters will still be delayed as they have been scheduled to be mailed after mail service has resumed.

If you would like to confirm your rate or have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
