Part 4: Releasing the fear

There are many things in our daily life amidst the current challenges that may create and build fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of losing control or fear of death, may be fears we find ourselves facing each day.

Our fear has the ability to fill up our whole picture and become all we see. Overcome by fear, we may feel as though we can no longer relax and enjoy the moment. When we feel fearful, we are in a state of resistance, and we struggle. When we can let go of the struggle, we can make space for the things we fear to change.

This yoga practice will invite you to be emotionally present while mindfully releasing fear, the meditation (audio experience) will inspire a feeling of safety and security, and the mudra will provide insight to bring a peaceful calmness.
